IMPORTANT -To be filled in by only SC/ST candidates whose family annual income during the Financial Year 2020-2021 is less than 2.5 Lakhs are eligible to get TA reimbursement. Other SC/ST candidates need not fill up this form as travel expenses will not be reimbursed to them. -It is mandatory for candidates to attach the original tickets of the onward and return journey, Photocopies of Caste/Tribe Certificate, Income Certificate (F.Y. 2020-2021), and Photocopy of your saving Bank A/c (for ECS) to be eligible to get the reimbursement. -TA Form has to be posted/courier to the Section Officer (SC/ST & EO Cell), Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Post Box No.8313, V.N. Purav Marg, Deonar, Mumbai 400 088. -Kindly submit through the post the TA application Form along with the above documents on or before 01/03/2021. The TA form received after the due date will not be considered for reimbursement. |
